  2. 1.Group Classes: minimum 6 people - anything less will be canceled

  3. 2.Semi-Private Lessons: 3-4 people

  4. 3.Private Lessons: 1 -2 people

  5. B.Payment Methods

Classes are available in packages of 4, 8 and 12.  Pre-registration is required for all classes.

  1. 1. Unlike other dance studios, Dance Time With Friends (DTWF) does not require long term, binding contracts.  We offer package lessons in 4, 8 or 12.  Prices are subject to change.  See Pricing Policy.

  2. 2.DTWF accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).  Checks are payable to Dance Time With Friends, Inc.

  3. 3.There will be  a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

  4. 4.A "pay-as-you-go" option is available but please note that you receive greater savings when you register for Packages. See below for Package options and savings.

  1. D.Cancellations and No-Shows

    24-hour notice is required for cancellation of ANY lesson. If you do not cancel your lesson within 24 hours of your scheduled class, or fail to show up without notice, you forfeit your lesson and payment for that day.

  2. E.Student Pricing

    Students are defined as individuals 25 years of age and younger, who are actively taking classes full or part time for their current school semester.  A valid/active student ID at the time of enrollment is required.

    Sutdent Price:  50% discount applies to all packages in group class only.

  3. F.Rewards

    1. Referrals - receive a free one (1) hour private lesson for every new referral who signs up and purchases a Private or Semi-Private package of 4,8 or 12 lessons.

    2. Free lessons - Every lesson you attend gives you a chance to win a free private class.  Three (3) winners will be drawn at the end of each quarter.

    For all Private Classes - you recieve 2 entries per student.
    All other classes - you receive 1 entry per student

  4. G. Use of Video Cameras

    In general a video camera is not allowed  in group classes because it distracts and causes uneasiness to other students.  However, in a private class, a video camera is allowed.  The owner/user of a video camera shall be responsible for any personal injury, damage to property, liability or cliams resulting from any accidents due to such equipment.

  5. H. Music Policy

    DTWF strives hard to provice you with the latest championship Ballroom and Latin music for your dancing pleasure.

    Plese do not ask for copies since it is against the law to copy music for resale and/or free distribution.

  6. I.Publicity Photos and Videos

    From time to time, photos and videos will be taken during classes or events and may be used as part of the studio’s promotional materials.  If a student does not want their photo and/or video used in such a manner, please notify Ed or Luming de la Cruz.
