DTWF POLICY


  1. Bullet CLASSES- Classes are available in packages of 4, 8 and 12.  Pre-registration is required for all classes.

    1) Group classes requires a minimum of 6 people - anything less will be cancelled.
    2) Semi -Private Lessons - 3 -4  people
    3) Private Lessons - 1 -2  people

  2. Bullet PAYMENT METHODS

    1) Unlike other dance studios, we do not require long-term binding contracts.   We offer package lessons in 4, 8, or 12.   Prices are subject to change.  See pricing policy.
    2)  We accept cash, personal check, and credit card.  Checks payable to Dance Time With Friends, Inc.
    3) There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.

  3. Bullet PRICING POLICY

    1) Call or email us regarding the pricing packages

    CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE START OF EACH SESSION.

    PACKAGE OF 4 IS VALID FOR 6 WEEKS
    PACKAGE OF 8 IS VALID FOR 12 WEEKS
    PACKAGE OF 12 IS VALID FOR 18 WEEKS

The number of weeks includes lessons and excused make-up classes.  The number of weeks commences on the first day of the lesson.


  1. Bullet STUDENT PRICING - Students are defined as individuals 21 years of age and younger, who are actively taking classes full or part time for their current school semester.  A valid/active student ID at the time of enrollment is required.

  2. Bullet CANCELLATIONS - 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of ANY lessons.  If you fail to show up without advance notice or if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class time, you forfeit the lesson.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the time of a class.

  1. Bullet REWARDS

    1) Referrals - receive a $10 coupon for every new referral who signs up and attends the class.
    2) Free lessons - for every lesson you attend, your name will give a chance to win a free private class.  Two (2) winners will be drawn at the end of the each quarter.

    For a private class  - you receive 2 entries per student
    All other classes - you receive 1 entry per student

  2. Bullet USE OF VIDEO CAMERAS

In general, video cameras are not allowed in group classes because it distracts and causes uneasiness to other students.  However, in a private class, a video camera is allowed.

The owner/ user of a video camera shall be responsible for any personal injury, damage to property, liability or claims resulting from any accident s due to such equipment.
